Ami's world comes crashing down when her brother and his friend are killed by ruthless bullies. When she goes after them to get revenge she quickly realises she is in over her head as they are associated with a sinister ninja yakuza family. Barely surviving their encounter Ami manages to escape but has paid the price with her left arm. After seeking refuge with kindly garage mechanics she is fitted with a high-powered machine gun in place of an arm.
